You can install a turbo for an Mr-01 on a Mr-02, Monster, Overland, and F1. The problem is when you switch off the car the electronics rest at "brake position". This heats up and destroys the external fet booster(turbo). There is two solutions for this. The first : leave the switch in the on position at all times. Turn the car off by removing the batteries. the second is a little more complicated. This is what I did for my Turbo Moster. Wire the turbo as you would on a MR-01. Remove the pcb board and disconect the power switch. Solder the switch wires from the pbc together(like its permenantly on). Then cut the red wire(+) from the battry holder in half. Extend the two halfs and solder them to the on/off switch. This creates a "master power switch" for the pcb and the turbo , thus eliminating the problem. This works perfect and yes the brakes will work too.
